New York Burrito Company is a Mexican QSR (Quick service restaurant). Their USP is their vegetarian and jain options for authentic Mexican delicacies. As their digital counterparts, our aim was to create awareness about the restaurant’s launch in different parts of the city and to create buzz about it’s delivery.
We started talking about our Chef Armin who is from Mexico, our dishes and the Make Your Own option. The strategy worked in the brand’s favour as the audience we targeted was apt. We know this because, the 2 launches that happened in Ghatkopar (with FREE Nachos all day) saw 250+ walk-ins on the first day and the launch in Bandra (Nachos at Rs. 9) had a booming figure of 850+ walk-ins on it’s first day.
The trick for delivery was to target the right circle and show the food in its best possible way. We spoon fed people with the right CTA with every promotion that went online. A lot of colors, a fun and crisp brand language with information about the products got us new customers and repeating customers that boosted the online orders.
Our outcome was to see a gradual but steady boost in sales on delivery apps like Zomato and over a period of 3 months and we were successfully able to achieve a 100% increase in profits.
